A whole lot of tiny mouths learning how to feed more easily, how to digest more easily, how to BE in this human body 💜

This year, so much of my work centered on what I love most:
Infant bodywork + suck rehab: helping babies move better, organize their suck, and feed with less effort and less pain
Supporting parents through nipple pain, low weight gain, reflux, and weaning.

When a baby’s body works better, feeding works better.

When feeding works better, everything in a family feels lighter.

Beyond 1:1 in person and virtual consults, education has become a huge part of my work:

Three podcasts supporting parents and professionals
• Breaking down lactation research
• Exploring how infant body + suck interact
• Sharing real conversations with doulas and other birth and baby supporters.

My work solves feeding problems, but more than that, it helps parents and other lactation professionals know more which leads them to trust themselves – and that’s what helps babies feel safe to grow and learn.

So grateful for every family, every baby, and every podcast listener and lactation professional who’s been part of my year.

Onward to even more body-led breastfeeding!

I support families as they wean or nightwean their older babies and toddlers in a developmentally respectful, attachment aware, and multidisciplinary manner.

Weaning is not only a feeding transition; it is a whole-body and whole-family process.

For each child, we addressed nutritional needs, digestive comfort, and body tension patterns that were affecting feeding and sleep.

Parents learned simple home-care stretches and nutritional guidelines to help their child settle more easily.

We also created clear, loving nighttime boundaries that kept parent and child together without any break in the attachment relationship.

Whole body support is a lot more than just lactation care 💜
