Welcome, I’m Adina
IBCLC lactation consultant and mom of 4 boys
I’m here to help you and your baby learn to breast or bottle feed without tears or overwhelm.
I was just like you
A sleep-deprived, nipple-cracked, tear-streaked mom, just trying to feed my baby.
We struggled through every feeding session, desperate for relief. I saw multiple lactation consultants, followed their advice, and still—not much changed.
I didn’t need another band-aid solution—I needed someone who actually understood why babies struggle.
That help never came. So—I became it for you.

The truth about lactation training
The day after I became an international board-certified lactation consultant, I sat down and made a list of everything I still needed to learn. Because the truth is lactation training alone isn’t enough.
I studied bottle refusal, breast pump flange fitting, tongue ties, food sensitivities, infant bodywork and nervous system regulation, feeding older babies, and more. I learned from every breast and infant expert I could find, far beyond the lactation field, because feeding isn't just about the latch—it’s about the whole baby.
Feeding difficulties don’t exist in a vacuum. If your baby can’t drink from a bottle, or is constantly unlatching from your breast, there is a reason.
I look at the full picture—your baby, your body, and your unique challenges. No more struggling alone. I create comprehensive plans for easier, happier, more comfortable feeding.
"Adina had a bunch of innovative ideas to help me... with her help, we were able to get back on track!"
"I called Adina about a difficult complication I was having nursing my 8 month old. I had been turned down by several lactation consultants who said they wouldn't be able to help me because it is too hard to fix an older baby’s suck. Adina always heard me out, calmed my frustrations and gave helpful advice. With Adina's help, me and my baby were able to get back on track! Adina is warm, patient and very knowledgeable. Next time I have a baby, when I get off the phone with my mother, the next phone call I will be making will be to Adina!"

Here's what matters when it comes to feeding babies
Birth Matters
Difficult labors aren’t only difficult for moms, they are difficult for babies too. Any intervention can impact your baby’s comfort, body balance, and feeding ability.
Movement Matters
Motion is lotion. Your baby’s playtime and body language play crucial roles in how capable they are of smooth, comfortable feeding.
Feeding Matters
Your baby’s ability to latch and seal, then suck, swallow, breathe, repeat is a complicated activity for their developing brains. I give you the tools to support your baby’s needs.
Breasts Matter
Your breasts have their own microbiome. My Balance Your Breasts protocol transforms heavy, aching breasts into light, comfortable ones—and solves chronic mastitis or recurrent plugged ducts.
